Madrid Nuevo Norte is a significant regeneration project set to transform 2.65 million square meters of land over several decades. Centered around the redesign of Chamartín railway station and a new metro line, the development could deliver up to 348 office buildings and 11,700 homes. The plan also introduces a major new business district with multiple high-rise towers—including a landmark skyscraper planned to become the tallest in the European Union—reshaping Madrid’s skyline and economic core.
